Architectural Foam
Our EPS foam comes in a variety of denisties ranging form #1, #1.25, #1.5 & #2.
Decorative foam, including crown moldings, corbels, brackets, window sills, arches, quatrefoils, shutters, etc., are manufactured raw or finished. Finished decorative foam is coated with a two-part urethane hardcoat base and one of our many finish options.
Finish options include a smooth, fine/medium/heavy sand finish, coral, faux stone and knockdown texture.
Architectural Foam Systems EPS foam coating process enhances the hardness of the material and increases productivity by improving installation time.
Lightweight stone
Our Lightweight Stone has the same base raw foam density options as our two-part urethane hardcoat base, but in lieu of two-part urethane hardcoat base the foam receives a screed coating. Our screed coating is very popular in areas that have bird issues, note our foam is bird proof.
Cast Stone
Similar to decorative foam, Architectural Foam Systems can design and manufacture cast stone to take an infinite variety of shapes and sizes.
Applications for cast stone range from the simplest window sills to the most complicated architectural elements including moldings, columns, capitals, bases, balustrades, and fireplaces.
Our cast stone products are available in multiple colors, and will give the appearance of a variety of natural building stones including limestone, granite, slate, travertine or marble.
Cultured Stone
At Architectural Foam Systems we offer a variety of different stone manufactures that have several different profiles, stone arrangements and colors.
Each of our manufactured cultured stone profiles give projects a unique design and a one of a kind authenticity. Adding cultured stone to a home or project is an easy and affordable way to instantly enhance the value of your home or project.
Stucco
Architectural Foam Systems offers a broad range of interior and exterior project enhancements, including decorative stucco. Stucco, a versatile deco material, can be applied by Architectural Foam Systems as either an interior or exterior decorative finish of any building or structure.
Our stucco finishes include sand finish, light/medium/heavy texture, knock-down finish and a skip trowel finish.
