Architectural Foam Systems specializes in the design and fabrication of architectural enhancements for commercial projects.
Adding architectural foam, cast stone, culture stone or decorative stucco to a commercial project adds curb appeal and an increased value to the overall appearance of both the exterior and interior features.
Using custom architectural CAD designs and manufacturing with computer operated CNC Foam Cutting Machines our designers can produce a varity of architectural products that can be applied to surface or structure.
The typical areas that receive foam, cast stone, and cultured stone on commercial projects:
• Parapet Walls - parapet wall is the most popular area to add the foam and/or cast stone, including crown molding, corbels and brackets.
• Windows & Doors - includes sills, headers, keystones and casements
• Wall Surfaces and Corners - includes quoins, deco louvers, quatrefoils, trim bands, sunbursts and medallions
• Wall Systems - includes balusters, wall caps and pier caps
• Columns - includes round, square, tapered, barrel, roped and fluted of various styles
When awarded a commercial project, our design team will pre-site the project. During pre-site all necessary measurements are taken to make sure all decorative foam, cast stone or stone is made precisely to fit, including finished ends for foam and cast stone, corners for stacked stone, etc.
These fabrications are made in the manufacturing facitily in lieu of the field using state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, including CNC Foam Cutting Machines, Foam Shapers, and Graco Proportion Systems.
